Product of organic farming
The Vidiano is a native Cretan variety which was revived through the efforts of pioneering winemakers and grape growers on the island. The variety is gaining a broad reputation, as it is already being grown and vinified throughout Crete by almost all winemakers. It is called the Cretan diva.
Vidiano is a fruity & creamy wine with well balanced acidity due to the exposure of our organic vineyards to cooling winds.
“3.14” is a natural premium white wine with complexity and a certain quirkiness, moving away from the typical style. Ideal to serve at vegan and organic restaurants or with vegetable dishes.

GREAT WITH
Fatty fish, white meat, pasta with creamy sauce and medium spicy cheeses.
AROMA
An elegant aromatic wine with an intense fruity character. The aromas of apricot, peach and toffee are dominant.
VINIFICATION
The 50 % of the grapes remain for skin contact for a few hours at cold temperatures. Then the must is fermented in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank at 180C. At the end of fermentation the wine is left on its fine lees for a few months in order to gain structure and body.
COLOUR
Brilliant yellow with greenish hues.

Creamy taste, with a crispy acidity and long aftertaste.
