Vidiano is a native Cretan variety that has been revived thanks to the efforts of pioneering winemakers and viticulturists on the island. The variety is gaining increasing recognition, as it is cultivated and vinified by nearly all of Crete\u2019s winemakers. It is rightly called the \u201cCretan diva.\u201d<\/p>

Vidiano produces fruity and creamy wines with an excellent balance of acidity, a characteristic enhanced by the exposure of our organic vineyards to the cool northern winds.<\/p>

50% of the grapes are left to undergo cold maceration for a few hours at a low temperature. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18\u00b0C.
